Sweet Potato Pizza Crust Recipe

I've had this pizza crust for two days in a row.  It's amazing!  Only 3 major ingredients, and the rest is seasoning.  The light sweetness from the sweet potato makes it delicious.  This recipe is vegan, and free of gluten, dairy, soy, grains, and sweeteners.  It's a healthy, nutrient packed PIZZA!

1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes (boil or bake)
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute Spice
1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Tomato Sauce
Toppings of your choice - I topped mine with nutritional yeast, and brussels sprouts cooked in EVOO, and sautéed with a turmeric, sea salt, and pepper.

1.  To create your dough, mix cooked sweet potato, almond flour, and all seasonings in a large bowl.

2.  On a baking pan, spread your dough into desired shape on parchment paper about 1/2 inch thick.

3.  Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes until dough is slightly brown.  Broil for 2 minutes.  All ovens are different, so give or take a few minutes for bake and broil time.

4.  Spread desired sauce, and toppings over your crust.  ENJOY!
